Nothing says love like a rose-shaped brooch made out of ballistic nylon that's meant to be worn over your heart to protect you from bullets. Tobias Wong created the Ballistic Rose -- also called the bulletproof bloom -- as "a high tech talisman for the tender hearted and wry fashion statement." It's a whopping 5" in diameter (for maximum protection?) and costs $175. I'm doubtful it would actually stop a bullet, but I'm not going to volunteer to test that theory.
