The Hanging Grass Garden Brings Lawn Art To Life

Lawn Art usually refers to those odd artifacts you stick on, in and around your lawn to dress it up a little. You know, lawn balls, lawn gnomes, etc. But the Hanging Grass Garden actually turns lawn into art by putting a frame around some prairie grass. And honestly it looks pretty good. The frame comes with a "a tray in which you place the high-tech growing medium, made up [of] tiny sponge balls impregnated with nutrients." Cool! It will start to grow in about a week and will last 4-5 months. After that you can order refills. The small version of this frame (12" x 12") is $60 and the larger version (15" x 15") is $90. Makes a great gift for Al Gore. Ironically George Bush...not so much.
